My Services

I provide an array of services depending on your needs. I highly recommend purchasing my Disability Sensitivity Workshop for your volunteers and staff - beyond this, there are other services that will provide you with feedback on your website, your worship services, and the space you worship in itself.

  • It is highly recommended that all staff and volunteers complete disability sensitivity training, as fostering an informed and aware culture is essential to welcoming congregants and guests with disabilities. In addition to this core training, optional courses on disability history, intersectional identities, and other relevant topics are also available.

Sample Project Timeline
  • A thorough audit of the physical space your congregation worships in. Depending on your budget, this will involve examining architecture and attending both adult worship service(s) and children’s worship. A one-page summary and a thorough report will be written for consideration. A key piece of accessibility involves reaching a wider audience online, so I will assess of your organization’s website for accessibility, and, in addition, an examination of your virtual service options for feedback. Both a summary and a report will be provided for these as well.

  • Based on leadership feedback, an accessibility transition plan will be developed in collaboration with the IAP. A consultant from our organization will be on retainer with your institution for a period lasting 3 to 12 months, depending on your congregation’s level of need and the desired outcomes of your institution
