  • Disability Rights Activist & Advisor

    Iliana advocates to create equity and accessibility across racial, socioeconomic, and physical divides. During her undergraduate years at Wheaton College (IL), she worked closely with campus staff and on-site architects to address accessibility issues in order to ensure a more physically accessible campus for students with disabilities. They started this process with the intention to allow for further change for future students facing the same barriers. They are currently pursuing her own entrepreneurial business, “Reclaym,” to promote positive awareness of invisible and visible disabilities alike. Additionally, Iliana began her current position at Access Living in 2022 to help fight for the housing rights of people with disabilities and leads the Disability Rights Action Coalition for Housing (DRACH).

    Josh is passionate about inspiring proactive action. He earned a B.A. in Integrative Philosophy Rhetoric from Wheaton College (IL). Following graduation, Josh spent two years at the consulting firm Brandtrust using applied social sciences to solve business challenges. He now spends his time leading special projects at Investortools while supporting various nonprofit efforts. When he’s not pursuing positive impacts for clients or community, Josh can be found spending time with loved ones, reading, or diving into the latest superhero series.

  • Clergyman & Advisor

    Roger comes to the Interfaith Access Project Board of Directors after a combined forty one years in corporate business and education. A professional geologist with a masters degree, he served eighteen years in petroleum exploration and three years in organizational development at a major energy company. Roger then became licensed to teach high school and taught geology, astronomy, physics and chemistry while coaching and sponsoring various clubs during his twenty year tenure at the high school level. After retirement, Roger spent two years in a spiritual direction program while pursuing holy orders as a deacon in the Anglican Church. Since his ordination to the diaconate in 2023, Roger has served at Christ Our Peace Anglican Church. Roger is active in supporting social justice, compassion for those in need and the dignity of all.
